How do I add funds?
If you do not want to add a credit or debit card to your account, we allow you to pre-load funds into your account. This can help you control your spending and also allows you to use a wider range of payment methods liie PayPal and BitCoin.
Note: If your account runs out of funds and you do not have a credit/debit card attached your services could be deleted!
To get started you will first need to head over to your Billing Settings. Once on the page you will see a button labeled "Add Funds" - click this button.
On the next page you can select the payment method you would like to use. If you have a code to redeem please click the "Redeem Code" option. After you have selected your preferred payment method you will see a screen that looks like this:
You can select the amount to add to your account from the dropdown, or choose a specific amount by using the field just below. The minimum you can add to your account is 5.00. When you're happy with the amount click "Proceed to payment" at the bottom of the page.
This next stage will change depending on your specific payment method - follow the on-screen instructions and complete your payment.
After you have submitted your payment details and your transaction has been approved you will see a confirmation screen - please note that funds may not be immediately visible in your account, it can take up to five minutes to process your transaction
